... because a lunkhead who doesn't perceive the numerous red flags in the ad is going to hand over a ton of money after seeing her physical appearance is real, only to lose it all in a humiliating waste of time as well.
He may as well save the travel hassle and costs by simply flushing his money down the toilet, get a tube of lube and jack off to her pictures. Guaran-damn-teed that would be better than an actual session with her.
The girl in the pix has been around for several years. She used to be prolific on the old red book site in the Bay Area. She was well thought of and highly reviewed. Her price point at the time climbed when she first started out from 200 to 300 after several good reviews. At 600 I don't know if I would see her, and I have no idea if the phone # on the tumblr page. My gut tells me it's the same girl. Only you can decide if it's worth the price. I recommend you go for it, but be prepared to leave if it's not the girl in the pics.
