I've heard that you should always tip before the appointment because you will get better service. Is this true? I had a really bad experience where I tipped the woman before and it was a total ripoff! I wish I had never tipped her AT ALL!!! Is it ok to tip after the session and what is an average tip on a $300 session and what is a very good tip on a $300 session? I would really appreciate some feedback. Thank you.

If you have to tip before an appointment in order to get good service then you should not be seeing that provider!
If you are paying the rate she asks then you should expect a good service for the stated fee, end of story.
If you are particularly happy at the end of the appointment and want to tip then I'm sure that would always be appreciated.

A tip is the same for any service, when someone really makes you think that person was great and I wouldn't mind being served by that person again(no matter if they are a waitress or a provider) and again. Usually it is when someone exceeds your expectations(I love it when that happens!!!).
A tip on 300$, the average tip(if one is even left because they are not needed, just of course appreciated) is 20-50$. I would say a generious tip is 50$ or more. Again though, tipping isnt needed to get the type of service you desire... Do your research here to see who might be able to provide you the type of service you desire, and then go for it... If you choose to tip her, then great... If finances are tight(which they seem to be still with the economy as it is) then dont feel obligated to leave one...

There is no substitute for doing your homework when it comes to getting a good service. Read the review boards, back channel others and search the discussion forums and learn the type of service you can expect.
Back when the rates were generally around 250, I would place the tip with the payment and give it to the lady ahead of time. Usually the lady was pleasantly surprised and immediately realized that I was a gentleman, thus I was given great service. When the rates soared over 300 and 400... I stopped tipping altogether. I've noticed that once you reach a certain point of payment, the service doesn't get any better... so why bother?
Tipping is personal, there are no rules.

Otherwise, do not pre-tip.
A straight 1-hour outcall fuck does not get a tip. I do not expect to return. I do not do this often but sometimes it happens.
A straight 2-hour outcall fuck gets $900, regardless of fee, agency or independent. I expect to see this person again. This is typically a $750 2-hour fee + $150.
Thomas is incorrect, the level of service improves despite inflation. Maybe not in the performance, but certainly in the booking options and flexibility.
If you want to connect with a no-repeat or not-sure girl in a brief 1 or 2 hour date, buy a candle. Paddywax makes GREAT candles but limited retail in Chicago. Try Transitions at 1000 W. North. They have $8 and $16 versions in small steel boxes with tops, great for girls on the go. Also good for secretaries, sisters-in-law, and others.
Other than 2 PSE's, I never met a $1K 2-hour girl. Greek or freak or otherwise. 1 PSE tip paid off, 1 did not.

I always tip an agency girl 20%, just because she has to split the fee w/ agency, more if she went the "extra mile" (CIM, facial, anal,allowing pics, or video). Independants not so much or often. But it took several years of hobbying to come up with this system.
BTW...anyone remember an indepedant named Julia, email handle was HOT22FEM, had incall in west loop apt...Blond, 36DD natural, cute as could be...whatever happened to her???
