There is a TER rule about reviews providing some level of detail, and I suspect that rule is related to the need to determine whether a review is legitimate or not. If you had a review rejected by TER, you can ask TER Admin to explain why they rejected it, and then edit your review and re-submit it.

look on your list of reviews for the reason. If that's not enough, contact admin. I do not use graphic/explicit language in my reviews and have not had one rejected for lack of detail. I will use the acronyms for various activities and that seems to satisfy admin's desire for detail.
