Every time there is a change (95% of the time, it indicates a new review.) the profile will go to the top of the list with the date of the change.

But the specific change won't even be flagged, so unless you have a great memory, you won't know what part of her profile changes, unless it is a new review.

I would find it very helpful if provider profiles posted the date of the most recent update/revision. Sometimes it's hard to tell if any or parts of the gen info/appearance/services/cost sections are years old or recent.  

For example, sometimes the recent reviews reflect a clear change in the menu, but the "services offered" still reflects the old reviews. Or how about age? Sometimes I can't tell if the age listed is from when the profile was created 10 years ago, or today.  This can also help when there's discrepancies in price across several websites.  

Given that all of these fields are searchable, this has significant implications with regards to function of this website.
