A provider has and ad on the OC board right now but if you click on her reviews it says her profile has been removed from TER. You can still see her website at the bottom of her ad but otherwise nothing else.
But doesn't necessarily mean that her id was deactivated. Which means she can still log in and post..
Best thing is to contact TER using Contact Us button...

is what I think the rules are here.
Since I never plan on having reviews, or place ads here. I don't follow the rules directed to the ladies.
Cry to admin, if you are that concerned as to WHY!
...if you did that, they might combine her profiles.
There is no way to search for providers, with out reviews.
