Most other newsworthy deaths notices mention the cause, especially when it occurs at a younger age.

If a well-known person unexpectedly dies, most people want to know what he or she was suffering from. For sex providers it's even more important to their customers if it is a communicable disease. I would think this is obvious, but common sense is perhaps not so common in some venues.
