The point I was trying to make was that it was a change in my mentality that suddenly got me interested in Transsexuals. Maybe it would have been different if I had gone through my "deconversion" experience in my 20s, but that's not scientifically verifiable, so I just have to assume it was my change in mentality and nothing to do with my age.
I was wondering if the fascination for TS providers comes with age? I was near 50 when I first experience this unique experience. today I am 55-60 range what say you all.

I started in mid 30's, if the internet was around earlier or had I lived in a TS rich area, probably would have started earlier. Still like GG's, but I agree it's not the same arousal.
There's a certain building on Lankershim in N. Hollywood that many of those perpetual 28 y/o's seem to reside. They should probably turn it into a TS retirement home, one of the rental requirements will be that the lessee must own at least one yippee dog that stinks up the apartment.
There is a second one right before the one across the street from McDonalds. Both are retirement homes for TS gals.
Can you imagine if you moved in, had no idea about the lifestyle and got locked into a lease and had dudes coming and going all times of the day and night?
There were a few buildings in Hollywood and East Hollywood that are the same. There was one that had about a dozen apts, on two floors and every single unit was occupied by a TS several years back.
It is Hollywood so a lot of things are tolerated there but still.

I read a pattern here, I guess we are adventurous people , easily bored and are not afraid of taking a walk on the wild side. unfortunately I doubt that it is common knowledge among our friends and family.

I lived on the east coast from around 1990-1996, based in DC, but I would trek up to New York at least once a month when I lived in DC. The place to be then was a club called Edelweiss in NYC. These were the days before the Internet and I saw an ad for this place in the Village Voice so I went and I was hooked. Anything used to go in Club Edelweiss especially at their original location on 44th and 11th.
I also, around that same time, visited New Orleans on a semi-regular basis and it used to be an incredible city, not the case today, in which to meet transgender girls.
About 5 years ago, in my mid-thirties, I had a "deconversion" experience...in other words, I ditched christianity in favor of Atheism. One day while browsing the internet, I idly wondered, "Since I don't have a moral problem with it anymore...I wonder if I'm bisexual?" I went to a gay porn site, and thirty seconds into the porn clip, I started gagging. Nope, not bisexual. Then I noticed a link to tranny porn. I watched a clip, and the next thing I knew, I was rubbing one out. Excited by the prospect of doing something majorly frowned upon by my former religion, I went to Trans Exotica night at my local gay bar. I also had my ATF start pegging me. The rest is history.

I suspect age really does factor in. I wouldn't have gone this route in my 20, 30 or possibly 40's. But having done so, it is a bit of an adventure. I don't consider myself bisexual and have no interest in men.
