At the very least it should be the Twin Cities.  But I don't think there is enough activity that is based outside of the Twin Cities metro area to warrant a separate review board.  Of the 30 largest cities in Minnesota, 25 are in the Twin Cities and only one (Duluth) is any great distance from the TwinCities.  I believe the whole idea should be scrapped and we should go back to the old configuration.

You just created a new area listing called Minneapolis, to carve out an urban and highly populous part of Minnesota for separate listing. Instead of Minneapolis, you should call it Twin Cities, since the twin cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul together, plus the surrounding suburbs, make up well over half the population of the state. That is what this area was originally called when TER started. In about 2006 it was changed to Minnesota because there started to be more action outstate. If the state of Minnesota now warrants two different listings, it still makes the most sense to carve out the entire twin cities for separate listing.

...because the new appellation cannot be helpful, no matter how you construe it.

Better still, just leave it the way it was for crying out loud,
because there isn't enough activity outside the Mpls/StP metro to justify a separate listing,
and calling it Twin Cities may not be clear enough for some visitors prepping for a visit, if you see what I mean.

The Minneapolis St. Paul Metropolitan Statistical Area and St. Cloud, Mankato, Redwing Fairbault, Northfield, Hutchison all of which are within an hour of Minneapolis includes 85% of Minnesota's population and nearly all of the activity relevant to this Board.

Agree completely.  One listing for Minnesota is sufficient.

Please go back the way it was- one state.
It was working fine- no need or reason to change.

We are one large, highly concentrated population in One 7 county metro area.
