I do not know how you could read that ad and not think it was fake. As was stated it is over the top and has key words thrown in to grab peoples attention.

Mostly experience and common sense. Certain ads are so over the top ridiculous that it simply boggles the mind. This ad is one like that. These are clearly pictures of a porn actress, likely from South America, that a scammer has lifted from somewhere. I hope the OP doesn't go, as he'll be disappointed, or worse...
