There is quite a bit of difference between the GG and TS escort world i n one regard, and that is the Isle of Greece. It was my experience that talking a GG into that journey required the skills of poet with a fat wallet, while for many TS ladies, they seemed to not require near as much oration, and in many cases seemed to rather enjoy it.

I always assumed the VIP rate for TS providers was for the cum shot. Presumably most aren't able to cum for 5-7 clients a day so doing it for one may mean she has to miss another appointment or scale back on bookings (and revenue) for the day to recover. Rule of thumb: Don't assume anything because that almost guarantees you will be disappointed. Instead, ask what you get extra with the VIP session.
It's a little bit like PSE (porn star experience) in GG ads, but there is a more of a rough consensus of what PSE probably means: wild uninhibited sex and/or greek / rimming. But in TS ads it's kind of like, "Well, pay a few hundred more and see what happens" or maybe more accurately the implied threat of "Well, don't pay a few hundred more and see what happens".
I'm no expert here, but would be interested to know if there are any TER reviews on girls who advertise VIP rates so at least maybe we could know what VIP means for a specific girl. Perhaps San Diego is different than the norm as far as this goes. I'm only aware of one Tgirl here who advertises a separate VIP rate.
