She's a TS who's in the pageantry system. I think she is actually a current or recent title holder; Miss Continental or something? She keeps her face hidden because of that. When in town you can see her at the Baton or privately as Jessica. Over all a cool personality, not bitter, older than her pics I would say early 40's but still hott like a cougar or milf.
