any recommendations where to stay? I was thinking "La Jolla", but also don't know if staying by the airport is a better location. Suggestions?

I tried LA before. I think hobbyists there are used to the more aesthetically enhanced, sophisticated transgender women. I'm just a simple, all natural, country jersey girl lol
