I had a major problem based on a false review and I need to know how to address it.

If you know something is wrong with a providers profile,  how does one communicate that to TER so they can correct it?

Thanks,

D.

Tell TER Administration what you think is wrong and why.  They'll fix it if they agree with you.

Simply crying to TER that a gal is "whatever" or didn't do "whatever" is not a likely reason to modify her TER page.

If she is now blonde (versus some other hair color or length)...send with your problem report a link to her ad(s) which support this.  If she is actually 44 y/o and not 31-35...send the link where SHE discussed (presumably another ad) her "new" ages.

That will more than likely get TER to make the changes that you are seeking...but if it's just some vague "she didn't do that activity with me"....I trust that will fall on deaf ears.   Unless you can find something that would corroborate this activity (such as in an ad  LOL)...then they'll be happy to change her profile for you.
