what the heck are those????

Are you asking what is unacceptable when visiting a provider?  

How about starting with bad hygiene, bad manners, no-showing and lack of respect.  Then we can go on to smoking (in many cases) being obnoxiously drunk, obnoxiously high or dangerous.

If you are asking if you can smoke dope with a provider - I can't answer for any provider, but my experience has been that they are on the job and don't imperil their job performance with drugs or excessive booze.  On the other hand, I would never ask to smoke dope in a provider's presence unless I knew her and knew she was comfortable with me as a person.  

If you can hold your pot - or whatever -- do it beforehand, brush your teeth and use some mouthwash, and make sure you don't show up at her door (or vice versa) laughing hysterically and asking "What am I doing here?"

That involves children or abuse of children (not old enough for consent), endangers somebody's life due to malice or negligence, breaking the trust of consent with theft, unconsented abuse, and renegging, or involves the abuse of animals.  

Other thing I might find nauseating, but these are what I see as wrong.

...they are both legal and used all the time-- infact I use kave tea in my meditation rituals, where lies the problem with them?

and just to note-- for me yes 420 is a huge no-no!
