There's a lot of people who share that sentiment. He seems to have taken up the cause of supporting our military (which you appear to be a fan of), by writing songs and traveling to overseas military bases to do free shows, etc. That has to sway you a tad, no?

Pretty down to Earth to me. Doesn't use celebrity status to suggest he's above this and reports to do his civic duty.

I didn't have much of an opinion about Rock until I had the opportunity to go to his concert last month. Not only was it a FANTASTIC concert but he sold his newest CD to the crowds before the concert and gave 100% of the proceeds to the Michigan Shriners. It was awesome! I have now been converted to a big fan and love his music even more!
I had the pleasure of hanging out with him back in the day in LA at a "civie" party and he was so down to earth and cool. Absolutely no pretense which made him sexy and totally fuckable! And I love that he has always ripped for The D!
