Getting corrections made on reviews

As Im at a complete loss as to how to get TER to correct some major errors in a provider listing Im posting the question here. Ive been ignored for some weeks now despite polite specific requests to get the errors fixed. They include issues such as incorrect phone numbers and affiliation with an agency (she no longer is)Anyone have a suggestion? I also tried contacting my local board monitor with no luck.

All you can do is submit a new review (as long as it has been two weeks since the original one), which will supersede the old one (the old one won't be shown anymore).  You can use the text from the first one (with your changes), if necessary.  Anything on her profile page that is inaccurate, though, she needs to request to be changed by her writing Staff at [email protected].  Remember, TER is understaffed (no pun intended), so give them some time to work on it, and have her send another request, if necessary.

I've found that when you're trying to correct a profile problem, it's much faster to hit the "Submit A Problem Report" button.

Include the information that is incorrect in a little note along with the correect information AND a direct link to where the correct information can be verified. IE: link to lady's contact page on website if email or phone number is the issue.

Seems to get pushed thru in a day or two that way, as opposed to sometimes having to wait eons.

The best way is to click "submit a problem report"  if that does not work, email [email protected].  If you cannot get it resolved there then email me at [email protected] and I will handle it.

Sometimes we do not update profiles because what you are asking for does not agree with the information we have.  We do not have a way to reflect thi sin the problem reports, but it email we do.

I've found on a number of occasions that if you approach asking for changes with some dignity and treat the Staff at TER with respect, explain your need and be patient, you will be rewarded.
