Check out the attached two links. While the stories are
probably not related, I think it's pretty ironic that they
both appear in the paper just a couple of items away from
each other.

I guess it can be argued two ways:

1) Taking away all the massage parlors and incall services
  from horny guys drives them to commit heinous acts.

  Or..

2) While the cops are busy busting harmless incalls and AMPs
  sick violent bastards are out there getting away with
  real crime.

In this particular case I believe (2) is more accurate, but
I'm also sure that instances of (1) can't be far behind.
