Asking for services over the phone is verboten. You can be arrested upon meeting if it is a sting in that case. If the provider is compromised then also you can be arrested. If the provider is over 18 it is a misdemeanor which probably is not that big of deal with diversion but if under 18 in Arizona a serious Class 2 Felony.
I'm curious if a provider is ok with being asked if she's willing to accommodate a specific fetish request (i.e. watersports) at the time of initial contact before the actual date? It seems like it would be more efficient to not waste anyone's time with the screening process if she's unwilling. I'll be in Phoenix next week and eager to find a gorgeous GFE provider who can give GS. If you can recommend someone, please feel free to PM me. Don't judge me for being kinky....lol
When this comes up, the general consensus seems to be to ask something like that after screening. So get screened early so that if it's a deal breaker for you, cancelling the appointment isn't a huge deal. However, I've seen a few ladies say on here that asking something like that before meeting will get you on her DNS, and it's best left for in person.
It probably will depend on how much screening info you gave and how many references you had. How safe she feels about you. But like I said, you should really ask on the newbie board.

I have had plenty of guys ask all sorts of questions over the years, and when the screening process is over, it's nice to have SOME idea of where a person stands.
For me, I don't want someone to come see me hoping I'll chain them to the ceiling or something, but I would really like to know ahead of time if you have specific things in mind. However, I think the BEST case scenario is when you know you'll enjoy yourself anyway, but take the time to try to find a provider with a reputation of being pretty open. It's not to say she won't put the kibosh on it, but if you pick 'em right, they won't freak out either.
