W4M section usually doesn't allow very explicit language or listing donations.  So BP will have to start blocking ads that do this.  Another step will be required by providers and hobbyists to work out the donation part, which some people feel it adds risk and providers will possibly have to deal with more emails/texts to do business.

The ads have moved to Women Seeking Men and are being accepted in that category.

Seems the government has censored the adult section on BP.

Hopefully the ad board here doesn't get swamped with fake ads, been using it a bit more lately personally.

I hope not, I don't think a lot of girls know they can post on here either

Yes BP adult section is done in the US. Canada is still up and running thank God!

Is there an alternative???  Some of these girls its their whole livelihood!

On BP, there is the dating (women seeking men) section that has been in use for a while and I see lots of us massage-y types are using the Therapeutic section.

I tried to post on the "therapeutic massage" page on BP. I used tasteful pictures, very discrete wording, and paid $21 to have it reposted to thumbnail. It was removed that night! Bumped off, when there are many more explicit ads running. This happened to me in the summer, too--when it was slow I tried posting there. Lasted a few days then. Don't know how to get around the flagging. Use a different email? No website link? Create a new account with different credit card/no credit card? Advice, please. TIA

Backpage.com shuts 'adult' section in face of government pressure
Only in the U.S. Adult - ads still up for example in Toronto.

The unexpected move came hours after a U.S. Senate subcommittee released a report: "BACKPAGE.COM’S  KNOWING FACILITATION OF  ONLINE SEX TRAFFICKING."

The report also charges that Backpage officials know the site facilitates prostitution.  “Backpage moderators told the Subcommittee that everyone at the company knew the adult-section ads were for prostitution and that their job was to 'put…lipstick on a pig by sanitizing them,'” the subcommittee alleges in the report."

53 page report at http://l.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.mccaskill.senate.gov%2Fimo%2Fmedia%2Fdoc%2F2017.01.10%2520Backpage%2520Report.pdf&h=-AQHgHD6H

It looks like the men for woman and the woman for men on backpage is where many adult ads are shifting to.
