Safe and Secure?

There is no such thing. Whether a provider is high or low volume means nothing if she is not taking basic precautions or doing 'high risk' activities where bodily fluids are concerned.
It's takes a single encounter for a problem to occur. Not 2, not 100...  If you are looking for some measure of safety, I would say stay at home and have your sessions with Mary Palmer. She's got 4 sisters who aren't get looking nor do they speak, but it's safe. I like the independents. I've had hot and miss with the agencies. I think that most agencies do a good business and some are just out to do volume on the backs of their providers. That's the game and it won't ever change.

Just curious if agencies are safer than independent providers? Do agencies have any kind of health regulations requiring their employees to get tested more often?

Based solely on health concerns, I view it as the same risk regardless of agency/independent. I am not aware of any agency that requires testing standards. The real difference to me occurs with high vs. low volume, and some, certainly not all, agency ladies may not have control over this variable.

Given the nature of the business, you aren't going to find any OSHA guidelines in the Agency workplace about when to test for what you are asking about.

OSHA = Official Sexual Hygiene Association!!!!

I know a few owners of agencies and they don't stress testing. One owner told his girls they must give BBBJ all the time or she would be fired and he never took their safety into account. He was just all about the money. I am an independent. I get tested every month and I see repeat clients so I know exactly who I am seeing and so forth
