I have had great experiences with New York Confidential. Cheryl and Sophie are simply amazing and made the experience truely GFE. The hours were viceral, passionate and exciting. I think that Jason wants to create an agency we can simply trust. Value for the dollar or one should get his dollars back. Agencies should guarantee a GFE experience or they shouldn't be in buisness. To spend $1000 to get a fashion show is a disgrace.
I too think it is dangerous to keep rasing prices, but when 20 people a day call for Cheryl or Shopie or Amy one is inclined to allow the stock market to rise. I would suggest that for repeat customers who have supported the agency rates get locked, Let's see what he chooses to do.

I really rely on TER. Who wants to spend big bucks and get surprised or stiffed? Now I have taken one for the team on ocassion, but never made it a habit. Also, I don't review every one I see since I have resorted to paying for membership instead of having to earn it every month.
Also, having pictures available is a must.
For instance, at Mona Lisa Models, it seems that most all of the girls pretty closely resemble the photos. On occasion, there is a discrepancy. Even some of the girls admit that some of the photos aren't theirs. I really like the advice of Mia and Eileen. They come across pretty honest and try to find the right girl for you. However, some of the more pricey girls, over $600, I am not sure are worth the extra. I find that they tend to underestimate the age of the girls by 5-7 years. But I don't find it a problem, because I think women in their 30's are as hot as girls in their 20's. Also, many of the girls you see on their site are also listed at other places.
I have found myself using New York Confidential most of the time now. Their girls seem to be younger and much newer to the business. I speak with Jason and Ted. I hate to say it, but I have violated my own rules. I have seen three or four girls who don't even hate photos up yet. But since I have come to trust Jason's tastes, I have taken the plunge. I have yet to be disappointed. For my taste, they now have four or five of the top girls in the city. Earlier this week, I found my match...my first "10" in years. I'm thinking about taking some time off from public and going underground with this gal Amy. But in terms of the company, I would say they are either the BMW's or the Mercedes Benz's of the business.
Fleur de Elite has some pretty impressive pictures of some pretty impressive girls at some pretty incredibly high prices. It became pretty clear that price doesn't correlate with performance. My experiences there have been hit and miss. The misses are particularly disappointing. You have high expectations, but the gorgeous girl just doesn't have the right attitude. YMMV, but I hate spending that kind of coin and not get everything I want.
I have only tried Fairchild Agency and Tower Models once each. I can't make a fair judgement based on my limited experience. Since they tend to get fewer reviews, I will shy away.
Can anyone else share their general experiences with upscale agencies? I am curious about American-Beauties and NY Covergirls.

I like Belle de Jour...and that's as upscale as I need...In looking at their reviews, I notice that hobbyists with bigger budgets seem to like them too...
I have used both BDJ and French Courtesans and agree that you can get good value with those two agencies. But, I think those who frequent Mona Lisa and NYConfi are looking for something a little different: their fantasy girlfriend. Just check out the recent reviews of Cheryl, Amy and Lisa from NYConfi, or reviews of ML legends Diana and Emily or current sweethearts Janey and Liza.
These girls are typically not in the biz full-time, are usually young, well-educated, smart, enthusiastic, very fit and very sexy. You don't go to the Metropolitan and take a number to see them; you have to work around their real-world schedules. Many are students, dancers, in fashion; most are new to the biz and not jaded. And I think they are turned on by guys that spend so much to see them.
That being said, there are certainly gems in the $300-400 range (Charlie from French Courts, indies Asia, Ana, Nicole Oneil); it just takes more work to find them. ML and NYConfi get paid, by me at least, for helping me find these angels more frequently.
BTW, my current ATFs are Bashia and Stacey at ML and Cheryl at NYConfi.

I've used Mona Lisa a lot and agree with your assessment. They are honest, have great service, and regularly surface some real gems.
Only used NY Confidential once, was impressed, but was disappointed to learn today that Cheryl's hourly rate is now $1K (it was $800 last week and $500 in her TER profile)! I can't afford that on a regular basis.
About FdeE, I couldn't agree with you more. The extra money buys beauty, not performance. Also, ML will sometimes have FdeE girls for much less.
I've never used A-B because often their girls are available for less elsewhere and they have had a bait-and-switch reputation (don't know if that is currently the case).
Used NYCovergirls twice. You don't get the girl pictured, although what you do get is just as pretty or prettier. Don't get GFE (no kissing, etc.), sort of a discount FdeE.
I've also noticed sometimes that NYElites has the same girls as NYCovergirls for less.
Also, at the high end, Chez Briggitte seems to dress up girls with fancy graphics and fashion photos and try to get a premium. Several are available elsewhere for less.

Factoring in reliability, Mona Lisa still seems to
be the winner. They've been doing it for what, a few
years now, and still produce; as you said she unearths
a lot of really new winner types.
So far there isn't one agency in town that doesn't
have some duplication of models with others,but
Mona Lisa seems most often to have them first.
Also, again so far, year in year out, no one has
matched them for the sincerity of attempt of their
phone people both to be strictly honest (maybe the
models themselves clip their ages a litte?-don't
we do too?!) and to match U carefully. IMHO.
I have had only the most amazing high quality GFE's with gorgeous NEW young girls @ New york Confidential! If they can keep it up they are breaking new ground. This is clearly the agency of the future...just read the reviews... I'm loving THE HOBBY more than ever! Thanks!!! 
BDJ has been good to me: very accurate pics and costs in the $300-$400 range. Girls are decent and can be a lot fun depending on who you get.
Ny Dolls is lower cost but does bait-and-switch to the point where I got a terrible girl once that didn't look anything like the pic.
Paid $1k once with A-B, was a bait-and-switch, but the girl was still really hot looking; that's where hot stopped. Performance was worth about $100, not $1k.
There are a few sites that seem to be interconnected: nybelledona, roleplayme, nychicabella. I've tried a few girls from their and it's a total bait-and-switch but the girls were decent. Does anyone have an opinion on Tease-and-Please? I'm thinking they fall under this same class.
I agree that Mona Lisa for Price vs performance delivers the best value and pedictable service.
NY Confidential, who seems to be attracting some play, might want to re-think it's price points on gals. Once they get good reviews thye pop price & they are going for 800 to 1k for these new ladies (who are very pretty). It does not make sense.
IMO , Why go away from ML for non celebrity or so called PSE ladies for those higher rates when you can get great value at 6 benjamins.

performers. Eileen was very helpful, so was Mia, though couple of times I got charged higher rate than those listed in TER's profiles. (Don't really want to argue with them as the individual rates might have changed.)
Chez Brigitte was inconsistent with their ladies - one was great, the other way overpriced. My experience with American Beauties was also mixed. One was very beautiful with lots of restrictions, the other was not really up to par.
Fleur de Elite has some very good looking ladies. Just like other NYC agencies, some of the girls listed there also worked for other agencies at a lower price.

I have also found NY Confidential to be a very different kind of agency. They seem to have recognized that there is a market for an agency that will be very straight forward and not try to pull a fast one on a client just to make a buck. The way they are doing business it seems that they are trying to build a steady clientele with repeat business. As far as prices going up as the good reviews get posted, it is unfortunate; but that's capitalism at it's finest. Just like when an actor is in a hit movie or wins an Oscar, their price goes up. Back in the early 90s, John Travolta couldn't get arrested due to a long series of flops. He's in Pulp Fiction and some other hits, and all of a sudden his fee is up to $20 million. Am I just full of shit and that analogy a real reach or does it make sense?
