I also am having trouble finding these boards - could you help?
I have been in and out of this so called hobby for well over 10 years now and other than Las Vegas I have spent it either in Canada or metro Detroit . The only thing is that for some reason michigan has almost completely died out and if there are any providers near Ann Arbor or Brighton I sure don't know any! Also the one board that was still actually okay to use just became very expensive and changed their name to tempted.com! The board used to be called naughty reviews and now even that board has gone away! Anyone else here in Michigan experiencing such difficulty ? Any info as far as providers go would be awesome too!
Its not only Michigan, but its almost national. Theres really only a couple of boards left 411, TER, and DC., (use backpage at your own risk). And the girls that advertise on these boards here in Michigan that, for the most part, are extremely over priced and demanding, (500+, and or require a deposit). That's why I go out of town, Chicago mostly for fun.
Things have definitely changed................
I'd like to see more posts and interaction myself...
I get quite a few requests for Michigan. I can't find a lot of info on the hobby and I'm hearing 3rd party info that it's not worth the trip. I express "third party info". If I can find enough info on the hobby there, I will visit however, I can't find enough to support that the hobby is strong enough to make it worth it.
There are a few places like that and through the years I've seen an increase in areas that seem to be hard to hobby.

The 2 local Michigan boards have taken the social conversation away from this particular board. The action is still plenty all over, including Ann Arbor and Brighton.

I feel your frustration adn agree with you 100% that the boards are pretty dead. I am always around. Sometimes I am in Lansing/Brighton area. This week I will actually be in Sterling Heights Detroit for the week and I would be happy to see anyone that is having the same issue in finding a great provider. My home base is Kentwood, MI.
