The other possibility is lawsuits have been filed in some states to outlaw arrests for sex related crimes to have mugshots public.   Obviously, this would be great for sexworkers so can't easily find their mug shots even a decade later from the sites that archive them.  

We shall see.  The new format often has blank info pages about what they are charged with which of course is a pain.   I may record the name of gals that look like might be companions and have to look them up in the court records later.
