They are scam sites.  Quite a few now, that find escorts ads and claim arrested.  Was lot of discussion by gals of that who know where and many e-mails I get.   The scam is you can pay to get deleted from their listing in many cases.

I follow the many felony cases and report ongoing updates other places, but have to know real name obviously not their escort name.  There are still cases ongoing from 2+ years ago and trials get delayed and 90% wind up taking felony plea deals with probation vs mandatory prison with a six-year presumptive sentence in most cases if take to trial and lose.  I have not seen in 20 years jury not guilty verdict.  Our juries are very conservative.  Only hope is the current case at the 9th Circuit to get things changed.

Most recent cases are massage parlors all over the valley.   I don't follow just the many misdemeanor busts with only 15 days in jail mandatory minimum and a record for life making hard to get regular jobs.  Of course, even worse when take a felony plea even if winds up undesignated.

Hello:

Sometimes I search for a provider by phone number and a result (website) comes up that eludes to the person being undercover or having been arrested.  The providers are mostly legit based on the reviews I have seen and read.  Anybody run into this situation before?  Must be some scam to advertise their website or something.  I can give an example, but not sure if I am allowed to post phone numbers?  I guess I can provide a name as an example (can't send private messages as Basic Member I think?

Thanks.

Dave,

Since you seem to have a good grip on the law. What is the typical fine/sentence for a first time john getting caught up in a typical sting?

15 days mandatory minimum often in Tent City.   I don't think Phoenix currently has the diversion program where you listen to all the street gals with a pimp horror stories.  This is only if your just a customer, not a driver or helper in any way which becomes a serious felony.

Often they will not charge you if you will give info and testify against the companion or give up your review board ID, although not used as much since most LE can get on anyway.

The only hope for private consenting adults is the ESPLER case now at the 9th Circuit.

Is tent city going to close down now after the change in elected LE administration?  Isn't it a temporary program that was meant for overflow of the main jail?  And will this now force the government to concentrate on violent offenders?
