So I am trying to see a new provider. She asked for 2 quality providers that can vouch for me. I said no problem and gave few ladies names. Although I've been around the block, I have not been too active lately and when I am I've only seen few local ladies who are not what I call verifiable. So I gave out numbers to ladies I have seen multiple times and knows me pretty well. One of the ladies replied - I only verify gentlemen whom I've seen in the past 6 month. Seriously? I get asked all the time about ladies I've reviewed. I don't say I can't talk about her because I last saw her X amount of years ago. I understand about safety. But is it really that hard to say, I haven't seen him in 2-4 years, but I've seen him like 1/2 dozen times over the years and every time he has been great (on time, showered, paid). I am not asking anyone to make up stuff. I am completely okay you saying you haven't seen me in awhile. No problem, but acting like you don't know me completely sucks.
This industry is full of people like that but it is always fill with professionals that treat this like a business. I only stared on TER since last Nov but I have been a hobbyist for about 5-6 years and have seen enough of these crap. However, its a pain to keep our references current, no doubt about that. I take it as part of doing business.
If you are not a "player", if you see providers infrequently or if you see a limited (1) number of providers exclusively, or occasionally, you limit your ability to see someone new.
This is not a "hobby" for me, I have no interest in notching bed posts and racking up "numbers". I just want to get me dick wet on occasion and because of that I have to go through the whole newbie routine periodically.
Is solely because (especially in our local market) the LE environment makes it way too risky to verify that someone has not been compromised in a span of 3 years. We screen for a variety of reasons but the primary reason is to ensure our safety.
Accounts get hacked, people get busted and cooperate for reduced sentences...I can speak to your character 3 years ago, and always enjoyed seeing you, but three years is way outside an acceptable timeframe for references for any of the ladies that I know

I feel for you. What some of the ladies have told me is just as some ladies improve or go down hill over time, so do mongers.
Their reasoning is based on the guys who at one time were kind and clean. But then were not as advertised later on.
It's the lowest common denominator not the highest.

If a friendship hasn't been active for a few years but a reference request comes in, I'd give them one, based upon what I could remember.
I'd make it clear that my friendship had no activity for X period of time. The person requiring the reference can determine the weight of validity regardless of the date(s) we may have met. If everything was hinged on "2 verifiable references" far less people would be meeting.

3. LE do not waste their time going after independent providers. Since arriving in Phx - I have not read or heard about any reports of independents getting busted. Its mostly the agencies and massage parlors.
4. In summary, as long as there is no communication for money for services - and you can do a LE check in person (before money transfers hands) - I do not see any issues.
If you're in a room with LE, the LE check is useless. You'll be going to jail. LE is there to arrest you, not prosecute you, that's the job of the DA. Whether the DA decides to pursue the case against you, but you will be arrested and have a lot of explaining to do either to a SO or employer.
And as far as LE not wasting their time on indies, wrong, while LE wants as much bang for their buck and prefers stings, they do arrest indies. Just ask Davephx, he'll give you the scoop.

Under Phx City code it is also illegal to ask someone if they are a police officer or request touching or exposure of genitals or breasts. And all ads in Arizona must have their escort license number.

Once sucking is done, the provider can ask to return the favor and the client can get naked and go to the restroom to clean up and leave the donation.
Its easy to do an LE check of both the client and provider and smart enough to know the law - and it is not that difficult to understand it as they are generally back and white, any gray are is to our benefit.

What about a simple kiss when you meet? Sounds like the simplest thing to make happen and if she is gfe and no kiss then I know what I might think.
Or to save gas just have her text/email a topless pic. That way the topless pic if showing full breasts with nipples would constitute a policy violation and therefore would cause case to not be prosecuted.

And no pat down or sucking is needed. While I am not recommending or encouraging or promoting anyone breaking the law no undercover will get naked in a sting. AG has tossed cases and I know the question been asked by the Grand Juries of LE to be sure nothing was done out of policy which includes getting naked. Instead of a silly pat-down or sucking, just a nice hug would be nice.
The pat down cannot result in a sexual abuse (breasts) and not sexual assault (Arizona sexual assault law requires vagina and/or anus is penetrated) if consent is given. The key here is consent is given in accordance with the circumstances of the security pat down under her top. To do a pat down if given consent cannot result in a sexual abuse charge unless the victim lies about not giving consent or that the consent is later revoked.
I think the issue came up in Hawaii and the Hawaii government eventually conceded that the sexual abuse charges were bogus because the government agent was asking for it by engaging in a prostitution sting.

I do think she should of given the references, I agree, she could of said she saw you a year ago (or whenever that was) and say at the time, he was safe and legit.

My MO over the past few years is not to be all over the place. I've found it's better personally for a few friends with deep relationships that don't get reviewed, than to blab all over the place.

Now that that crap is off my chest, I understand what someone like Maddie Malone says. If you haven't seen them in the past few months, it's a crap shoot about providing references. Shit gets hacked, LE infects profiles, and people change.
