  I think I know where the O.P. is coming from. A cpl. of c.d.'s I've messed around with want to really drive home the fact  
that they "are a WOMAN"!! (Which of course they weren't but wanted to pretend very strenuously they were!)...so they didn't want to be touched "down there".

Doing research in prep for a date, I read that one should never mention or touch a TS's appendage -- that it was not some thing she wanted you to do.
That can't be true, is it? What actually is off limits?

Some like it, some don't, some mind it, some don't mind it.  

The difference would be that people either enjoy it or they don't. While some others while they don't enjoy it, they understand that you may. And would oblige even if they don't really get anything from it

My advice. Read reviews of the girl/s u intend to see and in sure the reviews will give u a clear idea what type of gal she is and her likes/dislikes.  

I'm very comfortabke with my anatomy. Some girls aren't. And they would prefer for the hobbyist not to even acknowledge that part of the girl.  

It's a good question tho. I know people who couldn't stand the sight of theirs. While I can't imagine life without my little pecker. LoL.

It's true, some TS consider it off limits, they might even insist on hiding it out of sight during sessions. It's the same way some TS only like men, some only like women and others get turned on by both like me lol. Best bet is to either find out online through reviews or ask them directly what they are comfortable with.

One thing that is a major weak spot in the reviews is in provider profile section. This is where VIP's can see how reviewers have answered a set of questions that are supposed to answer these exact types of questions. You read a lot of reviews here though that will have incorrect answers here that are never backed up by any of the reviews. DFK was one I always thought was pretty straight forward, but in truth, there are a lot of ladies who have this marked as a yes in their profile, but in reality that is NO MAN'S LAND.

Never met a lady though who wasn't ready to deploy her mission package, the only thing can be when they are so safety centric that it goes overboard, IMHO
