Many experienced hobbiests have stated that "as long as you play it smart and be careful, you are not likely to catch anything." Now I am a bit confused because if you are "careful" you would avoid providers who do greek and BBBJTCIM and swallows. Does this make sense? Yes, there is, but I don't know if it's something you could actually put a definition to.
You bring up some good points. It really all boils down to comfort level, and everyones level will be different. If there are particular acts you don't feel comfortable doing, then don't do them. If there are ladies that you don't feel comfortable seeing because they indulge in these acts, then don't see them.
On a whole, the subject could be debated until the end of time and no one right answer would ever come out. There's just to many of us here to ever totally agree on one thing or another.
