Don't waste on Agency's or AMPs... prior proper planning prevents poor provider performance... say that 10 times fast and you'll think about why these jackshacks are worthless.
My regular wasn't available so I decided to try a new Agency/AMP in my area. The girl on the site looked OK and I wouldn't have gone if it wasn't so close.
I get there and am surprised by an old Asian woman who answered the door; I enter and ask for the girl. She seems confused and then finally says the girl left, she then try's the get me to go into the bed room with her and I then leave.
I have a feeling that the girl on the web site is not "real" and this thing is basically a bait and switch.
Should I post a bad review, even though I didn't see the actual girl and ended up bugging out or should I just post to the local board with a warning?

I am not sure exactly what the TER policy is here, but this is precisely the kind of review that needs to be written. Oh... and by the way... some of my best experiences have been with one particular agency. But you owe it to your brothers in the hobby to post the review. Just my two cents.
