I did some looking around after my first response to the OP. She is asked on her Tumblr if she escorts and she responds that she is back and forth about whether she wants to do this. Then a more recent anonymous post asked how one would set up a date with her (which certainly could mean to photograph her but I don't think so) and she refers that person to her email address. Her calendar on one of her Web sites lists different cities, so she is traveling. I'm going to email her to see what's up. I had been squirreling away some money for Lithyia's next trip to Chicago but I might have to change my plans.

My understanding is that she only does photo shoots, but maybe she changed her mind. She is hot. Of course, if you are looking to do anything other than top, you might be out of luck given what we see in her videos.
I follow her on Twitter and have never gotten the sense that she saw clients. My guess is that she is 100% a bottom only. She is a very clever and interesting girl based upon her blog posts and tweets so she would be fun to hang out with but I don't think she escorts.
