today indicate that at least 1 Michigan administrator lied to the NCAA.  This is not good.

Each NCAA member has a compliance person.  Why did the coaches interpret the rules instead of asking the compliance person for assistance?  This will not be pretty when it is done.

practice rules.  I can tell you that Michigan has done nothing different than just about every other college football program, and that this whole thing was brought to light by elements both within and outside the University (particularly the Detroit Free Press, which has been conducting a vendetta against Rich Rodriguez) that don't like Michigan's new coach and his system,  and want him out.  Every other coach in the Big Ten, most specifically both Jim Tressel and Joe Paterno, has supported Michigan fully, and this is a molehill that turned into a mountain! It will go away, because Michigan did nothing willfully wrong, but the Detroit Free Press, which has always favored Michigan State for reasons that I don't know, can go FUCK ITSELF!

that's what has been reported and is my understanding.  This guy also lied to the Michigan administration investigating the case.
