I've had some of the same issues. I've asked many girls if they have a friend they can bring along and usually get a no. I have gotten some yes answers too. I've tried this twice, once was pre-planned and it was a disaster. Nothing flowed naturally, it was awkward from the get go. Everyone tried but it simply didn't click. I saw both girls at other times individually and had very nice sessions with both separately. Maybe disaster is too strong but it sure didn't work out well.
The other time, it started at the old original Ziegfield's in DC, so it was totally spontaneous.
