I guess I would have assumed most Hobbyists were married and no Providers were married. I am not aware of any I have seen that were married. Frankly, may add to the excitement a little to know. Post a pic and then we can decide whether she's gonna generate enough cash flow to make it worth the hassle.

This may be obvious to others but it's a felony to promote your wife and kids. You're looking at prison time..not just jail time.

He's not promoting them. He is just bringing up the subject indicating he would feel jealous. Legally he cannot stop them from providing or the government could charge him with domestic violence. Also if she is a signature or a joint checking account, he can't stop her from depositing or laundering her money. So I would advise him to remove his name from any joint accounts and maintain separate accounts from this point forward. Also maybe get a post nuptial agreement for separate assets.
