There are a few providers in the areas you mentioned.....but only a few.  Cincinnati gets the occasional touring visitor, most of whom are only in town for a day or two.  My advice is to scan Eros guide on a regular basis.

Wendy Williams is based in Lexington and advertises frequently on BP along with a couple of other TS providers....she also hosts a TS "party" at a club once a month in Lex. with some traveling TS guest providers.  Again, these are advertised on CL and BP.  Wendy is an enthusiastic, curvy redhead who provides excellent service.

Also, there are 2 TS roommates in Louisville who are more TV than TS, one of whom calls herself "leaha."  Again, its more of a TV experience; however, both are attractive and do provide good service.  They can usually be found on CL.

My final recommendation is a TS provider named Monica, whose home base is near the Maysville, KY area (occasionally NKy near Cincy).  She's a very tall blonde who is really sexy with a huge cock. If she ever gets the breast implants she talks about & decides to tour full-time, she could make a fortune....look for her on BP and/or CL.  I think she's sexy as hell.
