Called last night and set up a time with her, called to check rate and if she had any reviews, then another call like 15 minutes later to confirm a time for about 45 minutes from then. She seemed very nice on the phone and I felt it was a reasonable risk to take, she has no reviews, claimed she was GFE except for no kissing and rate is $200 hr.
Called her as I had promised after getting ready, shower, dressed, etc. Her incall was within minutes from me. She asked if I could wait for 10 minutes for her to call back, claimed her sister had stopped by to talk, little weird seeing as she is travelling but I said ok.
Waited and no call, once it was passed 20 minutes I pretty much said fuck it and got back online. No call for another 40 minutes, shit gets funny after it happens enough times I guess, all you can do is laugh really right. Nothing found on my second search, well called two numbers but no answer, par for course.
Never bothered to do this in past but actually called girl back basically to just say thanks for wasting my time. Really glad I did because I got another laugh out of it. Call her and she answers, acts puzzled as to who I am and why I was calling, totally oblivious of our talking just an hour earlier. I mention the date we had made and she says she will text the hotel info over, still no mention of having talked to me before. I am pretty positive the girl was high or something, maybe had just gotten her fix for the night or something. I just said forget it and hung up, I am not going to hand over $$ to someone who pulls this BS, also not wanting to get with someone who is apt to getting high, when it can be avoided.
But for those interested she sounded legit enough, obviously not a rob or set up as the fools would have actually remembered my call. Just know that making the date on the phone is only half the battle, gotta hope she won't forget it. Better luck to anyone who tries, hope the advice is of some use, for those looking for a sure thing I would avoid based on my experience.
I usually do but the scenery around here rarely changes and I have usually always been less than impressed with it, just check out the other ad sites, almost always Cleveland or Columbus, little in Cincy or Dayton, at least my type, even if you see a couple you like, the selection is still limited at best.
Sue me but I am open to any possible chance to break the monotony - as long as you make certain to think with the big head then you can emerge alright. Thing that gets me is the feeling that here and there every once in a while I pass on a girl whose is running a legit ad on there, fearful that it is the typical scam you read about, that is what really makes me wish something could be done about all the scams and fakes, however I would rather pass one up than fall for a scam.

I gave her ("east indian"/pryia) a 3... but... BUT... I'm going to go on to defend Johnwilde... here's why:
Objectivity goes out the window in the bedroom. Ratings are highly subjective, and personal taste... that's doubly so. I for one, REALLY enjoy a good handjob, and go so far as to fantasize about them, watch hj porn etc. I think it's entirely possible to have a one in a lifetime experience (10) from a handjob. This has nothing to do with low standards on my part. I have trouble (as in impossible) finishing in a cover. Furthermore, I'm a bit of a germ-a-phoebe (making BBBJ's difficult for me to get into)... all this makes hj providers an excellent choice for me. In fact, I don't believe the 1-10 scale should have anything to do with how wide the menu is... but rather how enjoyable the service was. I mean, given my germ hangup, a one in a lifetime experience would ruined for me if she insisted I stick it her ass. I gauge "enjoyable" on the following: how hot she is (I know that's got it's own rating, but it still directly impacts her performance score), how responsive/into it she is, chemistry, and most importantly how skilled she is.
Now back to Pryia... I gave her a 3 because she was unenthusiastic, completely lacking in skill, distant, and just all around the opposite of enjoyable for me. Couple that with false advertising (not even remotely indian), I advise everyone to look elsewhere. Given her looks... if she had been seductive, engaging, and incredibly skillful... she might have been able to deliver that elusive 10 for me. Maybe John caught her on a very good day, or they "clicked"... maybe she was worth a 6 to him.

1) A reasonably intelligent person can simultaneously hold multiple, even contradictory, views of something. My point is that I don't believe you are unable to separate and extract a reasonably objective evaluation of a sexual performance of a girl.
I think people just don't bother, and justify it as being "completely subjective, and anyway, YMMV."
Do you really write reviews with only you're own experience in mind, with no consideration of a wider context?
I enjoy watching shitty movies. I make fun of them. I have a great time with my friends mocking stupid trash like Fast and the Furious or Saw. I enjoy them, because I find it amusing to watch idiots fail at making movies (yeah, I understand both are multi-million dollar franchises), but as an objective "performance", they are shit.
Yet, no matter how much fun I might have watching trashy movies, I still wound't give them a 10. I know that the average person isn't going to enjoy them as much as I happened to, and I know that the films don't deserve (in a cosmic sense) a high rating. I know that my enjoyment comes in large part from who I am, and that the average person won't be experiencing the same thing as I did.
So, no. I don't think you should give a girl a 10, just because you happen to like HJs. And I don't think you should use the "subjectivity/YMMV" excuse to do so. The reviews aren't to catalog your dates for you, they are for other people - and you know you like a very specific "kink".
2) Additionally, your ratings should be consistent. If you were just really horny that day, she doesn't deserve +2 points. You shouldn't complain about everything in the review, and still give her a positive score. You can't use the little descriptors next to the number, without using your brain.
I've forgotten it was a service a number of times. And yet, those providers didn't get 9's (forgot it was a service). They didn't deserve 9's. The session only went the way it did because of who I am and how well I clicked with her, and you or some other guy might not have that great of a session.
3) Looks should easily be divorced from performance. "She was good looking, so I enjoyed it. But, she's a terrible provider and if she wasn't so attractive, I'd feel ripped off, etc..." Or: "She was fat and ugly, but she tried everything she could think of to make things happen." See how easy it is?
4) YMMV is an important thing to remember, but it doesn't cover the vast canyon which separates your 10 from my 10. "She's a ugly, toothless tranny. But afterall, I love ugly, toothless trannys. 10/10! YMMV.
Sometimes you can be interesting - sometimes you can be weird - and sometimes (like here) you demonstrate that you can be every bit as pompous as OSP.
Who are you to tell JW (or anyone else) how they should rate a provider. You're not the governor (or are you? - I just realized that "godosh" is very close to an acronym for "GOP Official Shithead").
"6" means "nice time". If he had a nice time - a 6 is appropriate - no matter what they did.
And inconsistent ratings don't make this site useless (at least, not for me).
You can read what happened on their date. You can look at their rating history to see if they generally see girls you also find interesting - or to see if they generally give high scores or low scores - or to see if they're new at this or have been around awhile (and then consider also that a lot of low scores may be because they are seeing cheaper girls - and a lot of high scores may be because they are only seeing top-notch talent).
Use the site for all the help it can give.

As basically a newbie in the hobby, what is a more reliable source than BP?
Eros is the main site I have always frequented, but depending on the city you are in the selection can be limited and can be very much the same from month to month. Not to say fake ads are not on there either though as there are.
However many reputable providers on there, again it depends on region, I would say that if you were in Florida, NY,LA, LV, LA, Chicago, you would be downright stupid to go anywhere else, check those cities out sometime, page after page of total 10 hotties. It just isn't the case here so other options are sometimes explored I guess in an effort to find the odd fun time.
95% of ads on there are either one, posted by obvious scammers, bait and switchers, that are trying to lure people in for a scam or robbery. These ads always have obviously too good to be true pics that are pretty easily recognized as modeling pictures by women who are and never have been escorts. The other extreme are the very rough looking women, many of which are indistinguishable I assume from street walkers, who are indeed as pictured I assume, but why would you want to meet them anyway, I mean I guess some guys don't care but most do, right, lol, at least I do.
I am leaving out the few reputable providers who will run and ad on there along with ads on other sites, no reason to think anything amiss about seeing them.
The thing about backpage is you must recognize the two extremes for what they are and keep a sharp eye for the few ads, the 5% I would say, that are not one or the other from first glance. It is those where you just have to proceed with extreme caution and be guarded until things seem alright, I would not recommend this to the new hobbyist unless they have read about the various scams out there.
Up until a few months ago I had never even met a girl off there, checked it out but always steered clear as one ad or the other just didn't sit well with me as far as it being legit. Have has a couple of good experiances since but that does not make me think it is to be trusted, I mean look at the rip off reports on here, almost all are backpage ads, just have to think with the right head I guess and always error on the side of caution unless you want to ad to the rip off reviews section.
I agree that there are lots of scams, rip offs, or worse on BP. But, c'mon - its not 95%.
True that most of the rip off reviews on here come from BP ads - but so do most of the positive reviews. Almost every review has a link to a BP ad.
Providers tell me that they advertise on BP because it gets the quickest response. Reputable providers have to sift through lots of riff-raff too in their responses - but they do get business.
Advantages of BP for a newbie are that the rates are lower (not always - but generally), the screening is lighter (not always - but generally), and the hobbyist can see who is working right now and (generally) not have to wait hours (or days) for a date.
But - if you're gonna use BP - get a VIP membership in TER - and USE IT before making any calls.
BP + no reviews is a recipe for disaster.
