I have been in Phoenix for just over a year and have realized the risk of escort agencies and stopped seeing them this year (last visit was in November 2015). I still can't understand why Phoenix veterans still seek out agencies...
Every agency will get busted sooner or later, its a matter of WHEN rather than IF.
I understand some of the better girls are part of agencies, but no one is worth a day in court...
Stay safe every one, Phyfantasy may or may not be in trouble now, but its just a matter of time...

Tor was just being smart.
Remember it is not simply prostitution for and agency and ALL the workers, it is criminal enterprise felony with potentially very serious prison time. Likewise for anyone not just a single individual. As with the many cases already in Maricopa Superior Court that I follow. Most of the gals take plea deals for probation but a felony record. Most owners are holding out but in 10+ years following these cases no agency has every won a case just drag it out for years before taking a plea or found guilty by a jury and prison.
I follow these cases since looking for someone to have a defense that wins but no one has. I thought the Temple had the best chance since there as no fee arrangement (no set fee agreed to only a hoped for donation AFTER the fact). About 5 years of Court battles, ruined lives of 39 wonderful women, that all took pleas, and the leader who made great witness at trial is now in prison for what many considered "healing" with all consenting adults.
Most folks know the many other cases over time and the ones still in court, The Studio, various smaller agencies, and many massage places. Many cases still in progress since it takes years to get to trial if you don't take a plea deal often for probation for workers and some prison for leaders even in pleas (i.e. Desert Divas from years ago, but just the first of many to become victims of the war against consenting adults with huge funding for LE from huge organizations with the lie that no one is a willing sexworker. Vice cop at Temple trial that is involved in many of these busts stated on the stand he has never met a provider who did it by choice. We know that is bull, but that is the attitude of the large funding organizations. I have read their 990 IRS filings (tax exempt) and the many that take in $millions to destroy the industry.
I believe our only real hope is the case now heading for the 9th Circuit, with top attorneys but lacks funding.
... and show them they are loved and appreciated. I'll try to do my part when I can. A healthy mix of independent providers and quality agencies is always good for a vibrant hobby environment.

Still operating as usual. And to clarify, All the gossip on here regarding a certain provider that has been incarcerated has nothing to do with SD or its clients/providers. And she sure as hell didn't get detained anywhere near us. That is all made up gossip and definitely not supported by facts. She was up on the site for one day and didn't even have time to see anyone and I actually didn't even have the pleasure of meeting her yet. I merely was adding the PhX fantasy gals to see which ones were worth having stick around. She obviously was not.
