Technically anyone responding to your question would be committing a crime under the AZ law passed a year or so ago for promoting, or assisting prostitution.
Huge grant money has gone to LE to go after etc. The issue is nationwide but especially bad in Arizona with McCains task force, wanting hotels to report suspicious activity etc. The false excuse is children and trafficking but probably 90%+ arrests are consenting adults. Agencies and women working together, or with a phone helper, driver can face many years in prison as a criminal enterprise.
Maricopa Superior Court is full of these cases I report on (other places).
That is why I enjoy Canada so much, having been there again in June for 10 days without the legal issues in most cities, Toronto etc.
