I was supposed to have an hour appointment with Charmaine De'Carlo today and it turned into a total nightmare. I can honestly say this is the worst treatment I ever had from a Service Provider. Charmaine has such great reviews that I set up a meeting with her. I was told we had an appointment set up and I needed to call for her address. I tried calling, texting, and e-mailing her all day but she did not have the common decency to answer. In fact its been almost 9 hours since we were supposed to meet and she still has not contacted me in any way - classy- Needless to say the entire day was ruined because she decided to treat a new client with total contempt. I'm not sure how she got such great reviews. Maybe there's another Charmaine in Cleveland. The phone number she lists is a joke, don't even bother calling it- she never answers it. My biggest problem with what Charmaine did is why she told me we had an appointment when she had no intention of seeing it thru. If she simply said no thanks there would be no issue. Instead she says yes and completely ignores me when she knew I would be trying to contact her. It would have taken 5 seconds of her time to get back to me but she couldn't even do that. Very frustrating to have an SP treat her clients like this. Don't put up with it - avoid her
I feel your pain...I have sent her 2 emails at the address listed on her own web site..No reply.
She is listed on P411. But she has disabled the messaging option to her account..I agree how she can get any business or how she got such reviews..If she has enough clients without answering new inquiries, she should go UTR...

Yes it is the same Charmaine who has great reviews - which is why I cant figure it out. Her great reviews were the reason I wanted to see her. Maybe I'm the only one she has done this to - but I doubt it. I am still waiting 4 days later to hear any reason from her for blowing me off but she hasn't the decency to respond.
Its been almost 24 hours and Charmaine has not even tried to contact me about what she did. Classless. Hope people boycott her.
Keep in mind.....There might be something in her life more important that blowing you. What if phone broke if she fell on ice.....family matters...etc.

I'm sure there are a billion things more important to her than blowing me - however- that has nothing to do with this. She is not spending time with clients out of the goodness of her heart. She is being paid and paid well -I might add - for our hour together.
We (Clients) are the customers here and she is the provider. That's just how it works. I think we are entitled to a certain amount of respect.
If Charmaine had said she didn't want to see me or if she just ignored my original request, I would have absolutely no problem with her. What she did, however, was inform me last Monday that we were set for a 1 hour meeting on Thursday. When I asked for her address she told me I should call her on Thursday morning to get it. Knowing that, it is her responsibility to make sure she gets her address to me on the day of our meeting.
This visit took a lot of work on my end since I don't live in Cleveland and had to take a day off work.
Thursday morning arrived and I called her phone number (which is working) and left her several urgent voice mails. Later in the day I sent her an e-mail and texted her by phone. I kept calling her every 1/2 hour just trying to find out what was going on and she never once responded to me.
On my end, if I was not able to make an appointment with an SP - I would always let them know. I don't care if I was in the hospital. I don't get where you seen to think that since she would rather be doing something else, she has no obligation to contact me. I am a paying customer and went thru a lot of shit that could have been avoided with a simple call or text.
If for some reason Charmaine has a good excuse, I will be the first to apologize to her but its been going on 2 days now and she hasn't said shit to me about why she did it.
She may have been involved in an accident, struck by lightning, hit by a meteor or maybe she is just a pretentious bitch who has no problem shitting on Clients.
I personally could care less about Charmaine anymore, I just wanted to warn potential clients of hers of the grief they can expect

First of all, dumnutz response is just totally off base and inappropriate, there is absolutely nothing wrong with a hobbyist that grows weary of this kind of nonsense happening time and again when trying to set up an appointment. You could maybe accuse someone of expecting more than can be expected as far as reliability when it comes to many of the girls, but it still sucks and it is not fun, a HOBBY is supposed to be fun and this is called a hobby right?
All you can do is not be like so many others and just cross the provider off your list, don't reward that kind of treatment. If this advice was followed by all hobbyists then I would suspect things would work out like this much less often. Instead people in your position often contact the girl again, and then again, and then again, and perhaps maybe they finally meet up, paying a fee for being jacked around.
I agree with the ease of which a courtesy call could have been made that could have saved time and frustration.
Something may have come up with her sure, but most of the time it is just a case of blowing people off, it just seems par for the course many times in this hobby. This kind of stuff has led me to hobby less often than I would if things went as scheduled more often, however the lack of selection is the biggest reason trumping that one.
This is why I hate to prebook a meeting unless it is with an agency, cancellations and getting blown off is so much worse when you have been looking forward to things and even though some advise prebooking makes the booking process easier, it does not seem to affect the rate of incidents where for whatever reason things fall through and you end up twiddling your thumbs.
With all of that said, I think that this problem exists on both sides, I am sure the providers also deal with a lot of time wasters, cancellations, no shows no calls, people who are late to appointments, so maybe one contributes to another.
I say in the future try to use reviews to gauge the possibility of it happening and avoid those who seem to be routinely late, even if the girl has good reviews beyond that, if this kind of thing bothers you then you should avoid the frustration when it can be forecast.
But again man I feel for you, nothing more goofy and maddening than contacting someone wanting to give them hundreds of dollars for an hour of their time and they can't get their shit together. If someone wanted an hour of my time for $300 or more I would move time and space to make it happen, anyone who cared about money would, not sure what gives.
