Looking to hear from people who have been with the largest girls in DC. I prefer they be cut but other than that I have no race preferences. Any recommendations?

You might try to catch Angeline de Silva, she travels to DC on a somewhat regular basis. I can not attest to her personally but you should read her reviews.
