Samui, I have never visited the provider you linked to, but I do know a little about her.

As you can see, there isn't anything recent. references to her being flat chested are definitely out of date. She has been offering services in Arizona for several years. I remember her ads from the era the last review was written. in addition to having implants, it looks like she has had FFS.
What is interesting about your ad is that it had a 480 area code overlaying the pictures. Thought that is a Scottsdale(Az) area code, she uses a 619 area code (San Diego) in all of her Az. backpage ads. And both the current Arizona backpage ads and your ad have different numbers than listed on TER.
Also the wording on your ad was different than any I have seen from Tonya - if I recall correctly, she sounded more Somme, or at least like a top than in any ad (old or new) that I have seen from her.
All in all there are too many inconsistencies that I have seen for me to make a move - which is a crying shame because if she is legit, she is pretty hot
