For years, especially in DC and NYC, the larger hotel properties have microphones installed in EVERY ROOM and video in many rooms, more so in the upscale locations, as in "an upscale location for the privacy of my clients."  If you do not have to worry, then, do not worry....but if you are someone that could be compromised....well, thimk!
