I think he's implying that young ones, 24-28, (is that really young?) advertise as "skilled" when they are not. They may be horny and energetic, but not skilled. At least that's my take on what he's trying to say.
I think the 30+ and mature providers on average are more skilled, they just know what us guys like, but that's not to say 24-28 has none. There are some pretty bad providers out there though, and it's usually the young/new ones, but I think it's more about their mental state and attitude/approach to the business than their actual skill level.

I agree exactly what you say. The young ones havn't realized the brain is the biggest sexual organ. Same problem young man have the woman. Ramming is not slow and easy.
