Ok, doing a quick google image search, some pics go to ad from vegas with different number. No reviews, and on backpage philly, there is like 99% chance of it being a fake ad. I would definently advise you to not see non reviewed on backpage, especially a ts in this area.

Whoever this is they offer toilet training but its a good bet that you won't leave that room flush with cash.
