Em not only has brains & beauty, but she'd be a top stand-up comedian if she got tired of this Hobby (and we could positively use a new, good female comedian! No offense Amy Schumer!). Emily's definitely right up there with Wanda Sykes and Ellen Degeneres! And no skeptics, this is not a shill... this is appointing deserved credit.

But if it's statistics you want, try the US having more incarcerated citizens than anywhere in the WORLD, though the US does NOT have the highest crime rate in the world (something fishy there!). The US populous is 5% of total world populous, but 25% of world's prisoners. 2.3 million inmates in federal, state, and county prisons and jails, as of 31 Dec 2014, including those supervised on parole or probation. This is 1 person for every 31, or 3.2% of the population. Louisiana ranks #1 for prisoner count, followed by Arizona, at #2. This national figure is down 1% from the preceding year, due to the decriminalization of marjiuana in several states. 1 in 3 US citizens have a criminal record. [NAACP and The Bureau of Justice Statistics]

Why? Because "rehabilitation" is only a word in history, as institutions are no longer designed (both in construction nor in programs offered to rehabilitate) to better criminals for re-entering society, as they once were. In fact, regulation for max housing capacity has become more and more lax, resulting in mass-overcrowding, considered inhumane by many human rights agencies. That is in direct correlation to trend over the past few decades of the judicial system, politicians, townships of prison sites, and especially private prisons, now profiting on head-count vs the initial concern for the good of the community (such as aiding to prevent recidivism through such rehab programs). Just some fun facts...

Ok, thats all I have..supposedly they have her phone and access to her p411 account. If shes "well known" I would like to know who...for obvious reason.

Not being an alarmist. Any info? Pm if you want.

... to try and access someone's phone which is probably password protected. Her P411 account (if she uses her phone to access it) requires the user ID and also a password to access it. I'm highly skeptical and suspicious that this is merely a rumor spread by someone who is trying to discredit P411.

Unless the provider is cooperating,  a warrant would be needed. Also, depending on the phone, the warrant doesn't necessarily allow access if the data is encrypted.

What if the government just has the phone sitting on a desk then another agent could spoof text messages to hobbyists and contacts to set up an appointment requesting incriminating services.  That way the government does not need a warrant they are spoofing texts from an outside method or they could also spoof the call, as well, so you never really know who is calling even with caller id - and anyone can always be compromised at any time.  Even without a warrant the government could be operating a stingray to receive all incoming calls and texts, as well.

They NO LONGER need a warr ent to search CELL phones. Info on it CONCERNS whomever owns the phone, but that info is OWNED by a third party - the cell tower carrier. That change went into effect last year, federally. And while yes, a Stin gray could be used to extract the info, there is even far more advanced tech now used for obtaining activity and info (they don't need your P411 log in info... they've got your trace of steps to access the acct).

Mostly advertises on BP and doesn't do good screening (although that doesn't always help).

LE does not need any search warrant to take over the identity of an arrested companion and a female cop pretend she is the companion. This is a frequent LE tool. They find the password somehow.  We don't hear about most of them but are ongoing.

Some well knowns have contacted me about the incident but she isn't that "well known" in my view.   Mesa did there "Black Wave" round up of escorts last August and busted many massage places

She is no one but every provider all at the same time.  It matters not if one does reference checks - it matters if one makes sure to not offer or agree to sexual conduct over text, email, or phone calls.  If you get to a provider's location and don't move her to a secure location than you had better check her for bugs.  The government is constantly watching and monitoring so hobbyists must increase their tradecraft or leave the country.  Best advice have a bag packed and ready to bug out within an hour.

Well who is she?

You are right I did.  Later I did more research on her and determined not that well-known vs the contacts that wanted me to warn about that Mesa was hot again.   Mostly advertises on BP, I understand.  I have confirmed her phone has now been disconnected which of course a companion should do if taken by LE.

Escorts share info with me since they know I will keep who they are confidential.  Sometimes they want to reinvest themselves and the real them are not any risk to others.

There is a very well known that was arrested years ago and tells me how long it took to rebuild business since she seemed so toxic which she wasn't.   The real gal isn't any risk only LE that sometimes takes over identities especially if can find logins to verification sites.

It really doesn't matter. It sucks that she got busted. It doesn't matter who she is either. Don't sweat the small stuff. There are multiple ladies on this site that have been busted before. They are all back working and we don't think twice before seeing them

Speaking of stings there could be one happening soon.  I had a number saved of an 18 year old girl from the NW valley who lived in a gated community, whom I never met by the way.  However the other day she started texting and make excessive reference to her age being 16.  So there is probably a sting coming up so everyone be on high alert!

If it was half as bad as a couple posters would have us believe, most of us would be in jail already.

You would be amazed how many gals here have been arrested over the years, keep it quiet and continue in business (and are safe as long as real person not LE posing as them). Gals take 90% or more the risk since its rare to target customers other than the ongoing under age entrapment stings.   There have probably been 100+ of those arrests. Obviously, we have no interest in underaged nor did the arrested guys seek them - Pictures of obviously adult women, in once case had a wedding ring on!

Prison time and register as a sex offender if get for their entrapment of underage (go to adult website, advertised as adult, picture of adult etc.)

A couple old cases went to jury and one took to Appeals.  Some attorneys' believe it is entrapment but all have lost using that argument in the few cases that went to trial and at least one upheld on appeal.  Rest take pleas and many now pending.

Bottom line is other than the under aged entrapment stings run on BP, guys have little risk and obviously don't care about the gals welfare.  Especially when it is easy to avoid having any fee arrangement for something illegal.

he government won't be happy until 50% of the population is in prison and the other 50% are working as prison guards to keep the first 50% from escaping.

Couldn't agree more with this assessment, numbers a bit different.   73% prisoners - 24% crop tenders (i.e. guards, administration,  support staff). 2% Government enforcement,  1% holding purse strings.

Above obviously not based on any factual data other than looking around, noticing that people are generally passive and can be led anywhere if government orders.

Rehabilitation lies solely on the shoulders of the convicted. Legal system is only imposed for punishment of a crime. If rehabilitation was a REAL objective there would be less recidivism. Which would effectively reduce the profitability of ALL government funded correctional offices.

Rest assured, they'll leave the light on for ya'll
