To be perfectly honest racindude I never figured it out either. I got a new p.c. with windows8.1 and when you right click on a pic the popup window has a line that says "search google for this image?" and I just click on that and whammo! It does all the work for 'ya!
  I know Timotl has given little tutorials on how to do it old school...you're better off askin' him.

Type in google images in any search engine. Then you have the option of browsing any saved photos or entering in the URL. It's a very good tool for weeding out fakes and if a girl uses different names since it'll pull up ads with w/e pic being searched.
