All of these ladies have probably had at least one rough session where a guy didn't treat them well. They are probably pretty sensitive to a guy showing up and disregarding their requests.
Did she express a preference that you not drink while with her? A gentleman would have set the drink aside and moved on with the session if that were the scenario. To me...reading between the lines...sounds like you might have insisted on your libation or disregarded something she told you pre-session. And then she threw you out.
We must also keep in mind, YMMV does not just apply to the body to body activities. If you failed to cede to her request on something as relatively minor as drinking your adult beverage....that is a harbinger to a lady of things to come.
