It's definitely a viable touch point, but to trust any ONE layer implicitly, nope. Not happening on my base camp.
Just wondering how many providers trust and use the white list as references?
The white list is like everything else in this little world. Some providers will use the white list others want to speak to a reference.
when it comes to trusting a reference. There's a lot more information and verification up front with a P411 account. Anyone can create a profile (or a dozen) here.
I see providers that have great reputations and longevity.
So I never have a problem with my TER whitelist.
It's really a matter of seeing providers who people can trust and know they are legit!
