HIV can lay dormant in the body for weeks and even MONTHS before any secondary symptoms appear. The only way to keep safe is abstinence and get tested frequently if you are reading this. With the number of ladies he has seen, ~200, some may be even touring ladies from differeent States
"Supposedly" is the right way to say it, because in reality, there is no way possible he informed 200 different women that he was HIV+ and they all agreed to have sex with him anyway. Statistically speaking, there is a better chance that the sun would rise in the west tomorrow morning.

...he can't even speak in complete sentences. I suspect he gave as little information as possible to his sexual partners about his HIV+ status and relied on them being so star struck that they'd rely on his assurances that he was safe. Charlie Sheen is a terrible man. We've seen his bizarre, dramatic behavior exhibited over and over for many years. I can't believe there are people who actually find him likeable, even if he has brief lapses of lucidity. If he were a professional athlete, he would be suspended and fined for conduct unbecoming of a professional. I'm disturbed that there are so many people willing to give him a pass, pat him on the back and say, 'It's OK, Charlie'. I hope he loses his remaining fortune fighting and eventually paying out on the numerous lawsuits that are sure to ensue from his disclosure.
You are absolutely right. He is reprehensible. And deserves no accolades or hero worship from anyone.
He had everybody sign a "NDA" and threatened repercussions if not kept confidential.
"Overall" I do believe we are a responsible group of individuals who do take our health very seriously. There are of course gents and ladies who dangles the carrot a bit too enticing.
Whether true or not, I much prefer to stick with the one or two ladies I know playing safely 100% of the time with me
Now we can take a drug to prevent getting HIV. Why can't we invent a drug that prevents us from getting all of the STD's. One drug and we can go back to worrying about "did I get her pregnant?"
Did he catch HIV from drugs or a provider?

Mid 2013 is when it became known. Then all the posts about that particular topic were deleted, as I assume this one will be too.
I knew Cameron and to my knowledge she had not been providing at the time, she was living in LA and filming. She had a negative result the previous month & as far as I know, she had not been here in AZ during the month in question.
