I would say half the Phoenix providers still listed as active providers on date check have probably died of old age by now. I once emailed them to tell them that their database of providers is really, really, really out of date. No reply. Well I guess when you run a website like date check, you can still show providers who worked in Phoenix in the year 1850 if you really want to.Anybody know if she's still around? Her last review was over a year ago (Aug 2014) which is not a good sign
