Only one I know of is Cowboys4Angels dot com. Then of course Backpage (dicey IMO), Twitter, Instagram, and sharing banners with other male and female companionsI have a friend who is wanting to offer his services to ladies and couples and he asked me if I could tell him where to post.
I honestly have no idea which direction to point him in.
