Thanks for writing it. I hate hearing from someone I know how I don't have a "real" or "legitimate" job. I think it's very real and very legitimate. Legal is not the same.

This is why too many women are in the business who would not otherwise be in it.

If you feel degraded in any way, please quit the business.  You will make both of us happier.

There are some women who are truly cut out for this, and many who are not.  Be honest with yourself.

I doubt this is me, so I can stick a toe in this murky puddle. What happened? Who forgot to flush when you went to the restroom stall?
You lay it heavy like this we get nervous.

Let me venture forth and prattle about my life. Normal sex is too boring for me now, trust me I have tried it and I was yawning. (Well I wasn't getting paid. Lol. Ha! Did I make you wince?? Lol. Good. I like that.) I don't have time to join the saran wrap bondage / S&M / toe sucking clubs of LA., the hobby for me is where I belong, for now, till it doesn't. As far as addiction to money, if I was addicted I would be high volume and at 3/hour scooting people out the door when it has been 40 min. So sounds to me, someone unloaded on you instead of their therapist, and made the mistake of charging you for it. Happens to me all the time, only I get paid.
Whomsoever tells you it is not about the money is a fool. That prostitute will not last long.
Furthermore how could any woman be cut out for this business? Are we to be genetically bred for this profession? Who are you to judge? I am not being harsh, and I don't know you, but to lay it on like that without any details and let your statement stand sounds too wierd. Tissue? Beer? Wanna watch CSI? Unload some more. Just call me a concerned whore (got the ladies to wince now. Lol.) I get paid for what I love to do. I just don't shit where I eat. I save that for my blog. Ok. CSI marathon is on the tellie, and well excuse me for shouting down your endolymph but dude......get a grip.

I can think of a few things having read your blog. Like you did, the guy is venting. Give him a break.

P.S. Me thinks your are the pot calling the kettle black.

OK before I start, twisted panties sounds sooooo hot!

You are both right? Well at least right in the evidence you have each gathered. Your evidence points to how you ARE and his points to how all ladies ARE. I have been covered with saran wrap, peed on and had ham and cheese sandwiches shot out of a womans pussy into my mouth, but "normal" sex is never normal to me. But that is what evidence I have gathered says. I hope I am being clear? I say he has chosen to think that way only because he has, not by what really is.

Lets get back to those twisted panties. I can think of many ways to admire them. Saran wrap goggles might be a start.

I thought it was a woman who started this thread.
How can you tell what sex they are?

something was posted that made me certain he was male. But, I don't know. Let's ask..

GLisHJ: good luvin is (a) hand job?

I am addicted to giving money to women.  I remember the first time it happened.  We'd finished the sex part really quickly and had laid on the bed for 45 minutes just talking and wallowing in the wet spot.  Then she got up and began to pull her bra over her silicone 38DDs.  I had this weird feeling in my gut.  She'd really done something great for me, she'd cut the fog of loneliness that pervaded my hotel room. As she headed for the door, I took my wallet and pulled all the bills out and stuffed them into her purse.

There was that time in Omaha when Becky demanded I spank her 43 times before we had sex, then stayed an hour over, smoking her cigarettes and talking about how she finally had a boyfriend in Columbus.  We finally went downstairs and the temperature was about 40 below and the wind whipping, and I said, Wait, let me give you more: so we stood in the cold shivering at the cash machine while I pulled out my $300 daily limit and handed it over to her.

There was that time, Sedona, I chased you down the hall of the Little America, waving hundreds at you.

I've snuck Jacksons into escorts' cosmetic bags, walked down Lexington Avenue at midnight slipping C-notes to streetwalkers, sent cash to P.O. Boxes bearing the address "Lingerie of America."  I recall having to sneak to the stall to pleasure myself when C---- actually emailed me wire instructions.

I love to give money to women; I do it all the time.  I can't stop, I can't help myself.  Yes, it's an addiction....

Sounds like something out of a novel or it would make for a great story. Not as pathetic as it may sound to some, but provocative enough to ask deeper questions. Whatever you do, don't admit to this on Oprah. You'd get skewered and your loved ones would say you had shit for brains.

Riding between the cars, pulling your panties down, the screech of the wheels against the rails as I enter, the dumb stares of the passengers as they watch, the Bucket o' Quarters I shower on you...

the other day while I was taking the #5 downtown Lexington Avenue express train...as it zipped by 42nd street.

It never ceases to amaze me when on the NYC subway...

Everyone silently staring straight ahead pretending no one else is around while they're standing "cheek to cheek" with everyone.

VonRyan generally picks out a hottie and then my mind wanders
about the horny,lusty possibilities....

and then she...

she abruptly gets off at 34th street...

all aboard!...
next...

Cheers!

You sound just like someone I know who hides (poorly) hundreds in his house for the thrill of giving to someone who notices.

Everyone is addicted to money. And it usually take a job to get it. It puts food in our bellies, clothes on our backs, and a roof over our heads. Like any other profession, some are better at their job than others and some truly like their job while others have to drag themselves into work each day. Now am not an escort but I can relate to the fact that escorting is an option to make money for whatever needs that require money to pay for it and it helps if one enjoys the work. Those who don't enjoy it I'm sure don't stay with it for the long term. Not sure why so many try to make this occupation so different than all others. Seems pretty simple to me.

and have meant to compliment him on his posts in recent months.

I like this post for the following: one, it's honest, and two, it's not as negative as it would appear; in fact, it's more positive.

Just look at the trend of 'new' ladies joining the Escort Bandwagon - hop on, it's quick and easy cash. Nevermind knowing anything at all about the World's Oldest Profession or what it means to take care of your customers. As GL says, many are not cut out for it, but are earning their way anyway. It's ok, as it will eventually be evident and they are short-term anyway. Those that are cut out for it, will go the distance.

As far as addicted to the money, using those terms to imply just that, I might have to disagree. I made LESS money than working in the corporate world, but obviously, much less time involved, and no traffic jams, or bosses. And after working as many gruesome years in the working world and still making very little and putting in 12 hour days (salaried), what escorting did was give me huge gratitude for the simplicity, or 'ease' of earning it as well as setting my own hours. I didn't care that I was making less, as it bought me peace and freedom.
As I've mentioned before, many of us ladies either have health conditions or are a caretaker for a family member and can't 'afford' to work conventionally either in the time away (and stress, etc.) from home or also as well as for such little pay. Therefore, they stay with escorting, which they can work at their own pace, making around the same pay. Does this mean someone is addicted to the money? I don't see that it does. I see it gave them the power of 'choice'.

There are as many 'wrong' people in this business as in any other business. We can all relate to a person we work with or for and scratch our heads as to how they ever got where they are or are doing what they do.

Therefore, we can only be sure of ourselves, and as GL suggests, 'to thine own self be true'.

Thanks for writing it. I hate hearing from someone I know how I don't have a "real" or "legitimate" job. I think it's very real and very legitimate. Legal is not the same.

Sedona, so well said I am speechless (or should I say wordless).  Maybe you should teach a class in "How to be classy" for the newbies that want to try this biz?  You are a true lady.

Well since we are talking about people who are addicted to the money, do any of these names ring a bell.

Martha Stewart
Bernard Ebbers
Ken Lay
Andrew Fastow
Sam Waksal
Jeffrey Skilling
Dennis Kozlowski

Collectively they have embezzeled enough money to support a small country. They have put hundred of thousands out of work. If we really want to talk about people who are addicted to the money, let's pick any one on the list above.

...that all of them (the list) have visited a provider in the last 2 years. Yes, even Martha is a little freak. As you recall, Federal Prisoner Waksal did Martha and her daughter. Now don't think after those 3 martini shows she did the pool boy? I rest my case.
